WE Dittrich: modern, bright and very nice 2-room apartment

The friendly, spacious and bright 2-room apartment (approx. 50 m²) on the ground floor has a ground-level entrance area, has a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living area is wood laminate, in the bedroom carpeting, the bathroom / toilet is tiled.

The apartment offers sleeping accommodation for a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide you with a children's travel cot (without mattress, duvet, pillows and covers) and a high chair if required (for a small fee).

From the spacious hallway with wardrobe, shoe cabinet and mirror you can reach all rooms of your holiday apartment.

The spacious, light-flooded and very cosy living/dining room has a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, a relaxation lounger and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs and 2 sideboards. From the living room you have direct access to the approx. 12 m² large and sunny terrace (south-facing) with terrace furniture and large parasol - here you can sit relaxed and cosy in the middle of the countryside and enjoy the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine ...!

For your entertainment, the apartment has a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with radio and CD player, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, books and board games. In addition, the apartment has free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette in very good equipment with a 4-burner stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. The kitchen is well and adequately equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots.

The friendly and cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. An additional comfortable sleeping option for another 3rd or 4th person is offered by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The bright bathroom (with daylight / window) has a shower, a sink with cabinet, toilet and sufficient storage space.

In addition, a small storage room for suitcases and luggage belongs to the apartment. Here you will find a vacuum cleaner, drying rack, cleaning utensils and the like.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large wardrobe (with shoe cabinet and mirror) in the spacious hallway of the apartment.

A communal washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the boiler room of the house outside the apartment and can be used by all guests.

You can park your car free of charge in a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the house, your bicycles can be stored in a small bicycle shed right next to the house. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental in the immediate vicinity of your residential complex if you are interested.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring pets in this apartment!

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment in the interest of our non-smoking guests, please use the terrace for this. Thank you for your understanding!

Deviations from the above requirements (minimum nights / complete booking) are only possible after telephone consultation with our staff.
