Holiday Apartment 313 in the Meeresblick holiday complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Your cosy holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the “Meeresblick” building and measures approximately 60 m². The apartment faces the southwest. Through the large windows, you’ll enjoy a side view of the sea from both bedrooms.

The spacious living area has been tastefully combined with a roomy dining area and beautifully staged. You can spend cosy evenings on the sofa and in the two reading chairs. From here, you have a magnificent view from the French balcony towards the park. A flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a radio, and Wi-Fi (subject to availability) provide top-notch entertainment.

The first bedroom features a light blue colour scheme. Here you’ll find a comfortable double bed, a second flat-screen TV, and a large closet. From the bedroom, you have a side view of the ocean.

The second bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. Here, too, you have a side view of the ocean. Curtains in both bedrooms can be drawn to block out the light.

The kitchenette in the hallway is well-equipped and comes with all the essentials, such as a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and an electric kettle round out the kitchen’s amenities.

Of course, the apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, complete with a hair dryer and a makeup mirror.

Carpet has been installed in the first bedroom, while laminate flooring has been installed in the living room and the second bedroom. The hallway, kitchen, and bathroom are tiled.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to guests in the building’s communal basement for a fee. There is an lift in the building. The apartment includes parking space No. 90 in the underground garage (max. height 2.00 m, max. weight 2,000 kg). The distance to the beach is about 50 m.


Facilities:

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the holiday apartments via the stairs or the two glass lifts. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
