Sehr gute Lage. Strand, Promenade, Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Das Doppelbett ist bequem, die Sitzmöbel auch. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Eigener, verschließbarer Kellerraum, z.B für mitgebrachte Fahrräder. Der zum Appartement gehörende PKW Stellplatz Nr.4, ist ein Duplex Parksystem, untere Ebene, sehr knapp bemessen und nur nutzbar für Fahrzeuge bis 5m Länge, 1,5m Höhe und max 2000kg. Sonst ist Parken nur auf wenigen, öffentlichen Parkplätzen zum Tagespreis von 10,-€ möglich.

Die Ferienwohnung Nr. 4 im Haus Sonnenresidenz II hat uns super gefallen. Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind, 1 Baby) dort. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, zudem war dort ein Kindereisebett vorhanden. Im großzügigen Wohnbereich sind 2 Schlafcouches und 2 bequeme Sessel vorhanden. Die Schlafcouches waren sogar mit richtigem Lattenrost, was für guten Schlafcomfort gesorgt hat. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es war sogar ein Hochstuhl vorhanden. Auch gibt es noch eine kleine Terrasse, die mit einer Hecke umgrünt ist. Einzig das innenliegende Bad ist ein bisschen negativ aufgefallen, weil in der Dusche die Silikonfugen an der Duschwanne leicht schimmlig waren. Ansonsten sind wir wirklich super zufrieden und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen! Die unmittelbare Nähe zu Strand und Geschäften ist unschlagbar, gerade mit kleinen Kindern, die noch keine weiten Strecken laufen können.
