Mühlenblick WE2: modern, spacious and friendly 3-room apartment

This spacious and family-friendly 3-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) on the ground floor of a 4-family home is highly functional and fully furnished. The living area has laminate flooring, the two bedrooms have carpet, and the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) upon request (for a small fee)—a high chair is available.

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and small chest of drawers, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The bright and very cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable corner couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 5 chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 6 m² sunny, covered terrace (facing east and south) with patio furniture. Here, you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment features a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, as well as a small selection of holiday reading material and board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The semi-open kitchen features a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, a refrigerator with an additional freezer compartment, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet.

The separate second bedroom also features a comfortable double bed with nightstands and a spacious closet.

The bright and spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a bathtub with a shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as its own washing machine and ample storage space.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked behind the building. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
