Ahoy and welcome to our "Little Apartment Lütje Dröm" on Borkum! With a kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom and a daylight bathroom, it is ideal for a holiday for two. A loving interior with maritime accessories, island maps and seafaring pictures provides the appropriate North Sea feeling. You can enjoy soothing North Sea air on the communal terrace.

At the dining area with a beautiful view of the outside, you can start your day quietly and relaxed. Coffee, rolls and boiled eggs can be conveniently prepared in the kitchenette with 4-burner stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, etc. So you can comfortably plan your upcoming holiday on Borkum - with a bike tour, beach walk or beach day.

In the kitchen-living room, a couch with TV invites you to spend cosy hours - watching movies, reading or just relaxing! You receive free Wi-Fi so you can surf from your smartphone.

The separate bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm).

Even after a day at the beach, you can continue to enjoy the fresh North Sea air: The house has a covered terrace, which you can share with the other guests. The owner will be happy to provide you with a barbecue on request.

A high chair, a cot and socket fuses can be provided in the family-friendly "Ferienwohnung Lütje Dröm" on request.

General information: Washing machine and dryer are available for communal use (for a fee; please by arrangement). In the garden you will find a clothesline (with clamps). Bicycles, handcarts and sand toys can be parked in the courtyard. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be reached via a staircase.

In our holiday apartments in the "Haus Feldmann" you can enjoy your most beautiful time of the year all around!

The tradition-run house in long-standing family ownership is in a good location - only a few minutes from the sandy beach. After about 10 minutes on foot (3 minutes by bike path) you are already at the Südbad! Here beach chairs, play facilities for children, volleyball courts and milk stalls offer you the best conditions for a successful day at the beach.

A trip to the Nordbad is also worthwhile! After about 10 minutes of cycling you will reach the inviting promenade with beautiful cafes and cocktail bars as well as the music pavilion and the sandbank in front of it. In addition to long walks by the sea, a wide range of sports await you (including beach gymnastics, beach volleyball, sailing and surfing). In the town centre, small shops, cafés and restaurants invite you to stroll and linger.

In our main building, our cosy holiday apartment "Lütje Dröm" invites you to spend relaxing holidays on Borkum. It can be rented for 2 people as well as in a larger format for 5 people. In an outbuilding, our garden bungalow "Fürstenflügel" for 2 people awaits you. With us you are at home with islanders, the owner lives in the main house and is happy to be your contact person if you have any questions.
