A 31-square-meter holiday apartment on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. This beautiful, practically furnished holiday apartment, which sleeps up to 2 people, is the ideal base for your holiday activities in and around Graal-Müritz. The combined living and sleeping area features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), 2 seating areas, and a TV. From here, you can step out onto the large balcony with patio furniture. The small kitchenette is equipped with 2 hobs, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a heated towel rack. The holiday rental has pleated blinds and electric shutters. The accommodation includes a parking space directly in front of the house. You can reach the Baltic Sea directly via the adjacent Mittelweg. Peace and a picturesque natural setting are the hallmarks of this holiday rental.

The Baltic Sea spa town of Graal-Müritz is located between Rostock and the Fischland-Darss-Zingst peninsula. The town stretches 5 km along the Baltic Sea and is almost entirely surrounded by the Rostocker Heide forest.Graal-Müritz offers various attractions such as the 350-meter-long pier, the 4.5-hectare rhododendron park, the local history museum, the old Büdner houses, the Graal-Müritz church, and the Ribnitz high moor. 

Bedding and towels are not included in the rental price; you may bring your own or book them as an optional extra. The visitor’s tax for your stay must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and check-out is from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over at the office of the holiday rental agent.

Klein aber fein, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, Küche bestens ausgestattet. Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit, sind mit der DB angereist und wir wurden von ihnen zur Fewo gebracht. Die Nähe zum Strand war auch super nur leider die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit war 30 min zu Fuß entfernt eine Strecke. Also für Urlauber ohne Auto nicht so empfehlenswert von der Lage dieser Fewo im Ort. Als sehr negativ empfanden wir das kein WLAN in der Wohnung verfügbar war. Leider war diese Info nicht in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft enthalten.
