The tastefully and modernly furnished semi-detached house, with its 60 m² of living space, is located in a desirable residential area on the upper outskirts of Luino. Thanks to its quiet and sunny hillside location at the end of a cul-de-sac, you’ll find the perfect conditions here for a wonderful holiday. Whether on the 25 m² balcony or on the approximately 300 m² enclosed property, there’s a cosy spot to retreat to everywhere, with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. From the house, there’s a walking path (about 20 minutes) to the centre of Luino with its shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as to the lakeside promenade and the well-maintained beach with a sunbathing area and lawn. Umbrellas and lounge chairs can be rented on-site. If you enjoy running or exploring the area by bike, you can, for example, set out directly from your front door on the wonderful “Belvedere” trail and enjoy the ever-changing views along the way.
