Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at villa Lucia, we where met by the owner who showed us around, the property has an abundance of period features and is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, it has a lovely pool and terrace with a mature well maintained garden. It made a great base for visits to Florence We drove about 20 mins to the centre of Prato and took a 30 minute train journey into the centre of Florence just €20 return for four of us. I would highly recommend villa Lucia a very genuine comfortable clean property An absolute pleasure to stay in.

Please please avoid this property.Firstly, the description does not accurately reflect the property as it currently is. The owner lives there yes. But not stated in the description is that his extended family loves above you. There are a number of issues and problems with the property that were not apparent from the listing. I believe the description needs to be reviewed and corrected so that future guests are given an accurate representation of what they are booking. In addition, we have experienced a number of problems with the property itself, includingDamp smelly roomsDogs barkingNoisy tenatants that were not described to be living on site. Downstairs toilet has a sewage problem. No privacy, people coming and going along the side of the pool.Swimming pool cleaned every morning, meant when we got up they were there and could see us through the curtain. We felt uncomfortable, so we went out most days.Plenty of dirt in corners and areasWashing machine put on at all hours right next to the living room. 6 days ago a family left after one day because it was so bad. We didnt have this choice as we have a 17month old baby and a 7 year old, it's not easy to pack up everything and move.

Ruhiges Viertel in Prato

Alles was heel netjes.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Uima-allasta puhdistettiin viikon aikana useita kertoja. Alue oli rauhallinen ja viihtyisä. I

Rustig gelegen

Mooi huis, beetje gedateerd. Lieve eigenaar.
