Very beautiful, cosy, rustic single-family house "Villa del Poggio", surrounded by trees and vineyards. 2 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, 12 km from the centre of Castellina in Chianti, 23 km from the centre of Montevarchi, in the residential district, in the countryside. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 14.Oct.). Table tennis, arbour, terrace, garden furniture. Available: bicycles (6). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Montevarchi" 23 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 23 km. Please note: car recommended. Cooking courses bookable on request. The owner lives on the same property. Guided bike and mountain bike tours on request (order, payment on site), mountain bike rental.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Einfach traumhaft. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da das Haus ausserhalb von Radda ist. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir waren Ende November unterwegs und suchten deswegen ein Haus welches auch für die kältere Jahreszeit geeignet ist. Dafür war die Villa Poggio ideal, wir werden die gemütlichen Abende vor dem Kamin vermissen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Kontakt und Service der Vermieter waren spitze.

Sehr nettes Haus. Superfreundliche Vermieter, die auf dem selben Grundstück wohnen. Zentraler geht es im Chianti nicht. Leider haben die beiden Schlafzimmer im EG kein Fenster, sondern eine Tür, die wir nachts nur ungern augelassen haben.

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Anwesen im toskanischen Stil

Toll angelegtes Grundstück. Auch für hohe Ansprüche fehlt es an nichts. Von morgens bis abends findet man auf dem Grundstück und im Haus immer ein schönes Plätzchen. Das grüne Grundstück liegt für Chianti Liebhaber absolut zentral in La Villa, einem Ortsteil von Radda. Wer Ruhe sucht und für sich sein möchte findet hier den perfekten Ort.

Küchenausstattung Geschier, Glässer z.B. fehlen Schnapsgläser müssten ergänzt bzw. erneuert dringend erneuert werden. Küchenmesser sind stumpf !Fahrräder nur teilweise fahrtauglich.

Die Vermieterin hat zum Saisonende sämtliches Inventar &# 252;berprüft und wo nötig ergänzt bzw. erneuert, so auch das Geschirr, die Gläser und Messer. Die besch&# 228;digten Fahrräder wurden repariert bzw. ausgetauscht.

Villa Del Poggio will exceed your highest expectations for a holiday rental anywhere in Chianti. It is everything it appears to be from the photos and more. It is central,, private, spotless, everything works, the kitchen is fully functional, and you will feel like you are in your own home. The yard and barbecue are a bonus, as is the pool. Simply put, iyou will feel as if you have your own, new home in Tuscany. It is one of the best vacation rentals I’ve experienced among the places rented by me over many years. Kudos to Vanessa and her Mother, the proprietors.
