For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with lawn, courtyard. Children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, bus stop "Mursewiek, Am Focker Storm" 500 m, railway station "Bergen auf Rügen" 20 km, sandy beach "Juliusruh" 36 km, grass beach 50 m. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Parking for bicycles (not lockable).
3-room apartment 43 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper floor. Modern and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with sloping ceilings with dining table, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. With sloping ceilings, 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 120 - 190 cm with 3 beds. Carpet. Patio. Barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Sehr schöner Ort zum Entspannen

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, hat alles was man so benötigt. Schöner Blick aufs Wasser und ruhige Lage . Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt, da sie ein Spielplatz und das Wasser vor der Haustür hatten.

Etwas abseits gelegen, aber sehr ruhig und sauber. Würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren. Ferienwohnung war mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Eine schöne Unterkunft, ordentlich und sauber, nette Familie, ruhige Lage aber ideal zum Fahrrad fahren und Ruhe zu genießen, können wir als 5 Köpfige Familie immer wieder mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen

Prima!

Es ist alles da, was man so für eine Urlaubsauszeit dort benötigt. Der Aufenthalt war prima, die Vermieter und Nachbarn waren sehr lieb! Die Steiltreppe war für mich sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das war ziemlich schnell okay. Unten im Gemeinschaftshausflur stehen selbstgemachte Marmeladen u. Rügen/ Ummanz - Postkarten, die käuflich erworben werden können. Dafür gibt es eine Kasse des Vertrauens. Top! Rügen ist sehr sehenswert und all unsere Ziele auf der Insel waren prima zu erreichen.

Zum 6.Mal waren wir dort und ich kann immerwieder nur betonen: hier stimmt Preis/Leistung. Es gibt alles was man als Familie braucht, die Wohnung ist immer sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir kommen immerwieder sehr gern

Top Unterkunft

Es war eine schöne Unterkunft, wo alles vorhanden war was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub benötigt. Sie war sehr schön eingerichtet und man halt sich direkt wohl gefühlt.
