For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with lawn, courtyard. Children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, bus stop "Mursewiek, Am Focker Storm" 500 m, railway station "Bergen auf Rügen" 20 km, sandy beach "Juliusruh" 36 km, grass beach 50 m. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Parking for bicycles (not lockable).

Gemütliche Fewo, tolle ruhige Lage

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage in der gemütlichen Fewo und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, Kommunikation und Übergabe hat alles prima geklappt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Focker Strom mit Badestelle, die wir auch gern nutzten. Ein Garten mit Spielplatz für die Kinder und eigene Terrasse sind ebenfalls vorhanden. An der Ausstattung gibt es nix zu bemängeln. Vorallem toll, dass Bettwäsche gestellt wird. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit

Ruhe und Entspannung

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Besonders der eigene kleine Spielplatz sowie die 2 weiteren Spielplätze unmittelbar in der Gegend waren für unsere Kinder das Highlight. Auch die Spielesammlung kam super an, Langeweile kam nie auf. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig und auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Klidné vlídné místo

Naše dovolená začala na tomto krásném klidném místě s pěkným výhledem a milými majiteli. Dostačujícím vybavením bytu a kuchyně vše bylo čisté. Jen mohlo být více elektrických zásuvek k dispozici. Je to dobré místo pro výjezdy do celého ostrova Rujána.

Saubere Unterkunft, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, alles vorhanden was man braucht - von Filtertüten für den Kaffee bis zum Staubsauger. Angemessener Preis für die Unterkunft. Ausflugsziele von Waase gut erreichbar - klare Beschilderung. Waase selbst ein ruhiger Ort. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gingst ( 6km) oder Bergen (21 km). Nur zu empfehlen-

Perfekt

Wie immer waren wir sehr zufrieden. Saubere Ferienwohnung und hat alles was man braucht. Familienfreundlich, da viele Spiele vorhanden sind. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und W-Lan ist verfügbar. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und direkt am Wasser. Für uns einfach perfekt und wir kommen immerwieder gern dahin.

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung mit Blick aufs Wasser. Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal da und für das nächste Jahr haben wir auch schon gebucht. Vieles ist von da aus gut zu erreichen.

Passt schon soweit.

Unterkunft war soweit in Ordnung. Es sollte eventuell mal darüber nachgedacht werden die Küchengeräte zu erneuern. Fliegengitter im wohn-/ essbereich sind empfehlenswert.
