geweldig vakantiehuis voor onze skigroep. alles was heel schoon en netjes. Genoeg bestek en borden voor 17 personen. skibus voor de deur is top! als ik een minpunt moet geven is het jammer van kleine kooktoestel, maar dat wisten we van te voren en koken is goed gelukt!

Die Kommunikation mit Petra war von Anfang bis Ende super einfach und sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Ausstattung hat gepasst und für große Gruppen ist die Unterkunft top. Großer Gemeinschaftsraum, genügend Bäder&Klos und eine überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit im Garten

Weniger als 3 Sterne

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir waren mit 25 Personen da. Am Herd die größte Herdplatte defekt die ganze Woche. Wir mussten um für 25 Personen kochen zu können auf den Holzherd ausweichen bzw. grillen mit Holz. Daraufhin wurde der Holzkeller abgesperrt. Das Haus wird bei Interhome mit Sauna inseriert, die Sauna ist aber abgesperrt wegen zu hoher Stromkosten. Spülmaschine reinigt nicht richtig, teilweise Schimmel in den Duschen.

Ideales Gruppenhaus

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Das Haus ist sauber, ordentlich und hat grundsätzlich alles, was wir für eine große Gruppe von 27 Personen benötigt haben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar beziehungsweise meldet sich nach kürzester Zeit zurück. Wir kommen gerne wieder ♥️

BDay - 22.08 bis 25.08.2024

Die Unterkunft war klasse. Anfangs waren wir durch Kommentare wie Lärm wegen Straße verunsichert, aber das hat sich während des Urlaubs als nicht so tragisch herausgestellt. Wir waren mit 11 Autos da --> genügend Parkplätze sind also vorhanden. P. ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!  Vom Haus kann man direkt wandern/radl fahren oder einfach eine Station mit dem Bus nach Huben und dann von dort aus wandern (1x Busticket = 1,40€).  Rundum hat alles super geklappt und wir alle waren sehr zufrieden!

Wir kamen mit Klientel mit speziellen Bedürfnissen (Beeinträchtigungen) aus der Schweiz hier in die Ferien und sind nach 1/3 der Zeit wieder abgereist. a) sehr unhygienisch und dunkel b) schlecht ausgestattet, c) direkt an der Hauptstrasse, d) Lärm von der Strasse und reissendem Fluss dahinter, e) wenige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten am Ort selbst Am Haus war aber positiv, dass es gross war und schalldicht war (da massiv gebaut). Wenn man mit Moto/Auto/Velo unterwegs ist, kann's dort gut passen!

Skiurlaub in Sölden

Die Vermieterin war sehr angenehm, die Lage der Unterkunft super und für uns als Gruppe sehr geeignet. Das Mobiliar ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, für uns lag der Fokus auf der gemeinsamen Zeit. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren.

Gruppenhaus

Das Haus ist für eine Gruppe/große Familie gut geeignet. In dem geräumigen Haus hatten wir (18 Personen) genügend Platz. Duschmöglichkeiten und WC`s waren ausreichend vorhanden, in der Küche und in dem Aufenthaltsraum konnten wir uns ausbreiten. Die Skibushaltestelle ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straße schnell zu erreichen und das Skigebiet ist auch bei Schneemangel im Tal gut zu befahren. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist die Straße direkt vor dem Haus. Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr nett!

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Küche

Das Haus ist schön groß. Die Lage ist gut, nur mit Kleinkindern etwas problematisch ,da eine stark befahrene Straße direkt an der Haustüre vorbeigeht. Wir hatten große Probleme mit der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung in der Küche. Auch einige Bettroste waren defekt.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus hat eine gute Einrichtung und die Zimmer haben ausreichend Platz. Die Küche könnte eine größeren Herd zum kochen haben um, wie bei uns (27 P.) dann Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Ansonsten kann ich die Vermieterin nur in den aller höchsten Tönen loben. Sie ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Sehr kleine Defekte wurden umgehend beseitigt.

Paní majitelka velice příjemná, ubytování bez chyby, vybavená kuchyně, spaní v prachovém peří. Někomu může vadit, že je objekt přímo u silnice, ale jako větší skupina jsme ocenili možnost parkování autobusu přímo u vchodu.
