Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, meadow. 200 m long narrow motor access. 20 m stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 1 km, grass beach "Dervio" 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 400 m. Ferienhaus

Ein grosszügiges Ferienhaus mit grosser Terasse und direkten Blick auf dem Comer See und grossen Garten der komplet eingezäunt ist. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige einschl. Bilder stimmten überein. Wir konnten problemlos unsere Koffer reintragen da die Türen beidseitig zu öffnen sind. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren sehr freundlich

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir waren begeistert von der Villa Annita. Die doppelte Umzäunung (Terrasse und Garten konnte man separat abtrennen) war optimal für unsere beiden Hunde. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den See und dieser war in Fußnähe. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, sonstige Küchenutensilien, usw.). Laura und Marco sind sehr nett und immer erreichbar.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf den See. Dervio ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Das Ferienhaus ist nicht weit zum Seeufer. Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man kann draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken und hat einen superschönen Ausblick auf den See.

Superschöne Lage, im Winter zu kalt

Die Unterkunft hat eine traumhaft schöne Lage, mit tollem Blick auf den See. Die Austattung ist einfach, im Schlafzimmer fast spartanisch. Im Winter war es leider zu kalt, da die Heizung fest reguliert war und wir diese nicht wärmer einstellen konnten. Der Kamin funktionierte nur bedingt und konnte den großen Wohnraum nicht ausreichend heizen. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt sehr schön dort den Urlaub zu vetbringen.

Schlechter gehts nicht

Sonntag angekommen. Zufahrt schlecht, fast unmoeglich mit PKW, Laute Hauptstr. oberhalb, kein Mineralwasser, kein Spuel- und Waschmittel vorhanden, Heizung funkitioniert nicht, Tuer laesst sich nur einseitig oeffnen, sodass man mit Koffer kaum durchkommt. Rasen schon lange nicht gemaeht. Weder Deutsch- noch Englischkenntnisse beim Vermieter. Nach 1 Nacht sind wir wieder abgereist. Normalerweise muesste man den Reisepreis erstattet beķommen.

Nettes Haus für 4 Personen und Hund

Das Haus war ausreichend ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Staubsauger. Mehr als 4 oder vielleicht 5 Personen können wir nicht empfehlen, da es nur ein Badezimmer, 2 kleine Schlafzimmer und sonst eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer gibt. Die Terrasse war außerhalb der Morgen- und Abendstunden in der Sommerzeit aufgrund der fehlenden Beschattung eher nicht nutzbar, zum Frühstück aber wunderbar. Leider ist der Bambus am Garten schon so hoch, dass er den Blick auf den See fast verdeckt.

Die Besitzer waren innerhalb 5 Minuten vor Ort, obwohl die Kommunikation nur auf italienisch möglich ist. Nur wird es am Nachmittag sehr heiß auf der Terrasse, eine Markise wäre echt von Vorteil. Ausstattung OK ein-zwei Sachen in der Küche fehlen. Sehr entspannter Urlaub mit zwei Hunden.

Klasse Aussicht Hinweis, daß es nach der "Sackgasse" noch weiter geht fehlt, aber nette Nachbarn haben uns geholfen. Lage außerhalb, aber alles in 20 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt am Wanderweg Sentiero del Viandante ! VW-Bus passte auch durchs Tor und die Einfahrt runter

Una location dedicata a tutte quelle persone che cercano un contatto diretto con la natura. Pulizia, cortesia, e sopratutto ospitalità sono gli elementi che contraddistinguono questa casa e i suoi proprietari. Consigliatissimo a famiglie con bimbi e animali.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Es fehlt an nichts. Wunderschöner Blick auf den See. Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt. Wer sehr lärmempfindlich ist, wird sich an der stark befahrenen Straße, welche oberhalb des Hauses verläuft, stören.Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Wir waren 10 Tage Gast im Haus...

Wir waren 10 Tage Gast im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht auf den See ist schon toll. Das eingezäunte Grundstück ist hundeausbruchsicher. W–lan hat meist geklappt. Die Küche hat alles für den Urlaubshaushalt. Der Vermieter war sofort da, als der Strom ausfiel– super! Eigentlich perfekt, wenn die oberhalb laufende SS36 nicht wäre. Tagsüber und in den Abend–und Nachtstunden stört sie nicht, wer aber einen leichten Schlaf hat wird gegen 4.30 Uhr erstmal geweckt. Zum Thema Schlaf: es gibt eine Zudecke für 2 Personen, man sollte sich also mit seinem Bettnachbarn gut verstehen :–) Alles in Allem war es eine gute Unterkunft. Danke auch der freundlichen Dame von DER. Reisetipps: Hier einen Reiseführer kaufen, hatten Michael Müller empfohlen bekommen und ihn reichlich genutzt.
