This property is pretty much all you can ask for. The location is close to Menaggio but far enough away from the crowds. Great supermarket 10 minutes away. The house is well equipped with all the essentials, plus.View from the balconies is stunning. You won’t be disappointed.

Great spacious house on top of à hilside living community. An amazing view over the Lake and the surrounding mountains. 5 minutes drive to a large super market. 10 minutes drive to the village Mennagio where you can take the ferry to Bellagio and Varenna for example. The entrance of the house is about 20 steps up a minor steep slope. The entrance to the garage on the other hand is so steep from the narrow street up that is a challenge for your car to get up there. The whole house was clean and wel equipted with good appliances.
