Lage top - Reaktion flop. Leider war der Sonnenschirm auf der Terrassee total kaputt und der Ort der Waschmaschine nicht auffindbar. Aber noch extremer war die Nichtreaktion des Teams vor Ort trotz auf die Misstände, trotz Mails und WhatsApp-Mitteilungen.

Vue magnifique, appartement très agréable , quelques améliorations possibles

Petits bémols : Machine à Laver en pièces détachées sur la terrasse et faible équipement de la magnifique terrasse ;seulement 2 chaises , pas de Barbecue , une bouilloire et un micro ondes seraient des plus, dommage le reste est très bien, qualité de l'appartement et situation.

Stilvolle Wohnung an belebter Straßen

Die Ferienwohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, liegt an einer relativ belebten Straße, was allerdings durch die Schlafzimmer zur hinteren Seite nicht so stört. Der Balkon ist super mit herrlichem Blick über das Meer und zu den ersten Orten in Frankreich (Menton, Monaco). Die Angabe "750 Meter zum Meer" ist irreführend, weil es keinen direkten Weg Fußweg zum Meer gibt. Aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Ventimiglia, mit (zu bezahlendem) Parkplatz und kurzem Weg zum Strand.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Sehr gut ausgestattete, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Babybett und Hochstuhl waren vorhanden. Der Empfang durch den Schlüsselhalter war sehr herzlich. Die große Terrasse mit Meerblick ist einfach wunderschön. Die Bahnlinie hat uns nicht gestört, die Nähe zur Straße (Durchgangsstraße direkt vor der Haustür ohne Bürgersteig) ab und zu schon. Strände mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Schöne Aussicht mit Straßenlärm

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, die vor allem nachts als Rennstrecke dient. Es gibt quasi keine Möglichkeit direkt beim Haus mit dem Hund Gassi zu gehen. Ansonsten war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet mit Wifi, bequemen Betten und ein tollen Terrasse mit Weitblick.

Soggiorno perfetto

L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: spazioso, pulito, con un terrazzo enorme e una vista mare spettacolare persino dalla camera da letto. Presente tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda biancheria da letto e da bagno sia nella cucina. La persona che ci ha accolto e consegnato le chiavi è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. A pochi chilometri è presente un supermercato con tutto il necessario. Il paese di Grimaldi è meraviglioso e accogliente. Assolutamente consigliato!
