For shared use: property 7'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Private: swimming pool (18 x 9 m, depth 110 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 05.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: fitness room. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 700 m, bus stop 3.5 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
5-room semi-detached house 250 m2 on 3 levels. Bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: 1 room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, TV, international TV channels, hi-fi system and air conditioning.
