Urlaub in Ligurien

Auszeit zum Radeln und Wandern. Gute Ausgangsposition mit Nähe zum Meer und zu den interessanten Hotspots. Wohnung entsprechend ausgestattet. Zwei Terrassen um zwischen Schatten und Sonne zu wechseln. Die Hauptstraße liegt direkt am Gartenzaun, aber das war ja schon bei der Buchung ersichtlich.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Lidl und Meer zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, die Straße manchmal etwas laut, Garten eingezäunt, gute Aufteilung, keine deutschen Fernsehsender, die Messer schneiden leider schlecht.

Die Adresse war nicht richtig angeben. Vor Ort war die Hausnummer nur eine 2 und nicht 2a. Leider konnte man die Hausnummer auch nicht deutlich erkennen, da sie zum Teil von Gewächs zugewachsen war. Der Briefkasten war schwer aufzufinden, da er an der Hinterseite des Hauses war und es nicht beschrieben war im Informationsbrief.

Sat TV: Nur italienische und arabische Sender! Keine Deutschen oder Englische. WLAN: Hat nur 4 Tage funktioniert (Abonnement war abgelaufen. Mitteilung an Vermieter ohne Antwort) Abzugshaube Herd funktionierte nicht. Elektrische Küchengeräte (Toaster, Wasserkocher, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine) alle mit Schuko Stecker. Nur 2 Adapter vorhanden. Kein persönlicher Kontakt mit Vermieter Was aber kein Problem für uns war.

Super Urlaub!

Wir waren dieses Jahr schon das zweite Mal dort und wir sind einfach überwältigt. Wir haben keine Mängel beobachten können und würden die Wohnung überall weiterempfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns aber doch gefehlt: Es gibt kein WLAN. Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett! Vielen Dank!

Super!

Super Lage, nur wenige Metern bis gute und ruhige Strand. Im ca. 500 Metern ist alte Stadtcentrum, wo viele super Möglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir war glücklich Mirko Casadei Orkestra und Ligurien Schönheitswettbewerb Life gesehen. Nur zum empfehlen! PS: wir haben Hausmeister nicht gesehen und keine versteckende Nebenkosten gezahlt, ich finde dass recht super!

Also für 4 Personen ist die Un...

Also für 4 Personen ist die Unterkumft perfekt! Aber das Schlafsofa füe die 5 und 6 Person ist einfach nur eine Zumutung! Da schläft man leichter gleich auf dem Fußboden! Dieses Sofa müsste deingend erneuert werden! Wir haben uns dann extra eine aufblasbare Matratz gekauft daß wir überhaupt schlafen konnten! Reisetipps: Wir waren schon 3mal da und es war wie immer wunderschön! Dieses Jahr waren aber leider sehr viele Touristen dort!

Da die Unterkunft direkt an de...

Da die Unterkunft direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist Lärm durch Verkehr unvermeidlich. Kontakt zum Vermieter nur per Handy. Reinigung erfolgt durch den jeweiligen "Endmieter", hier muss man Glück haben. Eine Reinigungskraft könnte ruhig öfters vorbei schauen. Am Schlüsselbund gab's einen kaputten Schlüssel, vermutlich für die Garage, die nicht benutzt werden konnte, schade. Trotz Meldung beim Vermieter, kam niemand vorbei. Nachbarn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Reisetipps: San Remo muss man gesehen haben. Leute sind hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, die Region ist einfach herrlich.

Uns hat alles gefallen, besonders die zur Verfügung Stellung von Besteck und Tellern und dass, alles funktioniert hat, auch die gut gepflegte Wohnung. Der Garten mit ein bezogen. Was uns eher weniger gefallen hat, war der Lärm Tags und auch nachtsüber von der Straße, was das Schlafen erschwert hat.
