"Maison pêcheur", 3-room terraced house 65 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Small balcony, terrace, small patio. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the canal. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at 800 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Private mooring (extra). Smoke alarm. Magnifique maison typique de Port-Grimaud, récemment rénovée avec goût et bien située. Douche à réparer et surtout y retourner quand les travaux bruyants dans la maison voisine seront terminés.

Chère Valérie, Merci beaucoup pour votre évaluation. Malheureusement, la maison se situe sur l'eau et des odeurs peuvent parfois être perçues en raison du port. Concernant le ballon d'eau chaude, une solution a par la suite été trouvée afin de remédier au problème. Nous sommes navrés pour ces désagréments mais espérons que vous avez tout de même apprécié votre séjour dans la région et que nous aurons le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau dans l'une de nos locations. Schönes Haus in dem sehr schönen Port Grimaud

Ein tolles Haus, das sicherlich nicht mehr ganz neu ist, aber wie auf den Bildern ausschaut und sehr gepflegt ist. Der Service vor Ort ist sehr gut. Fehlt etwas wird sofort unterstützt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kleines Fischerhaus mit schöner Aussicht

Von kleineren Mängeln abgesehen (viele Türen klemmen ganz einfach) liegt das Haus in einem Bereich, der Tagestouristen nicht zugänglich ist, also sehr ruhig. Dennoch ist man zu Fuß sehr schnell auf dem Marktplatz von Port Grimaud. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Kirche ist herrlich, auch wenn dort die Sonne wegen der Nordost-Lage nur sehr spärlich scheint. Auch die andere Seite des Hauses zum Weg hin kann genutzt werden (Tisch und 2 Stühle). Dort sitzt man unter Olivenbäumen. Wir waren nun schon zum 2. Male in diesem Haus.

Sehr schönes Haus in Port Grimaud mit sehr guter Ausstattung und excellentem Service vor Ort. Die Bilder auf Interchalet entsprechen nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zustand. Das Haus ist nun rot nicht mehr weiß-blau und die Terrasse ist mit dem Nachbarhaus zusammengelegt, der Zaun ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Vorgärten sind ebenfalls zusammengelegt.

ruhig und idyllisch gelegen.leider im september keine sonne auf der terrasse. Reisetipps: port grimaud sehr schmuckes städtchen.viele restaurants, einkaufslokale und markt 2mal pro woche. strand und meer laden zum baden und verweilen ein!

Für französische Verhältnisse gut und modern ausgestattetes Häuschen. Zur Reisezeit Mitte/Ende Oktober leider keine Sonne mehr auf der Terasse. Aufgrund des Wassers viele Stechmücken und keine Mückengitter an den Fenstern. Klimaanlage kann an kalten Herbstnächten auch wärmen.

Gute, zentrale u dennoch ruhige Lage (Anfang Oktober) Schöne Terasse direkt am Wasser u netter Sitzplatz vor dem Haus. Ausstattung gut, wenn auch ein Sammelsurium an Geschirr u Besteck. Frisch renoviert. Gute Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer. Genügend Schrankraum vorhanden. Sauber. Armaturen im Bad locker, Türgriffe ebenfalls, nicht alle Lampen funktionsfähig (französisch halt) Es gibt noch Potential nach oben. Schlüssel– bzw. Hausübergabe funktionierte reibungslos.

Der Check-in war super, sehr netter hilfsbereiter junger Mann. Im Haus alles da, was man braucht. Gute zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Haus gut gepflegt. Einziges Manko, Sonnenliegen fehlen.
