Rustic chalet "Waltl", 1'000 m a.s.l.. 3 km from the centre of Fusch, 8 km from the centre of Bruck, 16 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a secluded, quiet position. For shared use: property. In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for skis, washing machine, ski boot dryer. 2.5 km long bumpy, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Fusch Ortsmitte" 2.4 km, railway station "Bruck-Fusch Bahnhof" 9.5 km. Gondola lift 14 km, ski bus stop 3 km, sled run 8 km, cross country ski track 3 km. Nearby attractions: Wildpark Ferleiten 7 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Access 2.5 km via a winding, paved mountain road and approx. 200 m via an unpaved goods road. All-terrain vehicle required. Parking space on the property. The owner keeps cows on a pasture on the open nature plot.

Die Hütte ist absolut abgelegen und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten im Dorf. Wir (vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder) haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage auf der Alm verbracht! Die Ausstattung ist solide und komplett - die Fasssauna und der Grill waren für uns das absolute Highlight! Wir vergeben gerne 5 von 5 Sternen! Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen.

Ort zum Abschalten

14 Tage pure Erholung. Die Hütte ist ein Traum und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben für nächstes Jahr schon gebucht. Sehr nette Eigentümer.

Uitgeruste vakantie

We hebben een heerlijke vakantietijd gehad in een mooi vakantiehuis. De kinderen vonden het hier ook geweldig. Het huisje stond is op ongeveer 1100 m hoogte, wat zorgt voor een prachtig uitzicht. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en kunnen je ook veel vertellen over de omgeving. In de omgeving is er ook veel te doen, goede restaurants in de buurt.

Oase der Ruhe!

Die Almhütte wurde von der Familie Waltl wirklich toll umgebaut. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln, egal ob Küchenausstattung oder sonstige Einrichtungsgegenstände, es ist alles da, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt! Highlight ist die abolut traumhafte Lage etwas erhöht auf dem Berg. Die Aussicht war jeden Tag aufs Neue unbeschreiblich! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Bijzonder mooie plek met prachtig uitzicht!

Wat een droom deze locatie… Prachtig huisje en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Zelfs het bakpapier! Het uitzicht op de Grossglockner is adembenemend mooi. De sauna heeft ook een prachtige plek op het balkon. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en staan voor je klaar. Wat een lieve mensen! Een dikke tien voor dit huisje! Bedenk wel dat de eigen weg naar het huisje toe enorm steil is en zonder vangrail. Wij reden de weg niet in het donker.

100% Erholung

Wunderbares Haus in traumhafter Alleinlage über Fusch an der Glocknerstraße. Wir haben die Ruhe gesucht und hier perfekt gefunden. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Außenanlagen sind liebevoll angelegt und im Vergleich zum Foto im Buchungsportal inzwischen auch herrlich grün. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und jederzeit erreichbar. Von uns volle Punktzahl und eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.
