Very lovely stay in nice house with friendly host

The villa San Giuseppe is a very lovely house with several little appartments and a beautiful view over the mountains and you even can see the sea! The atmosphere is very authentic and the pool with the terrace is amazing. The host, P., is incredibly friendly and he even invited us to an stunning Mountainbike-Tour through the alps to show us the region. In general we had a very pleasant stay in the house and with P. and we can highly recommend the place for having a nice holiday!

Familienurlaub in Valloria

In Summe ist das Haus bzgl. Einrichtung und Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool war bereits Anfang April einsatzbereit, aber die Temperaturen trotz Sonnenschein noch zu niedrig. In einem Appartment wurde das Bad neu und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Der Whirlpool konnte trotz intensiver Bemühungen des Vermieters nicht benützt werden (technische Defekte). Tischtennisplatte ist defekt. Rutsche und Spielhaus für Kleinkinder haben deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Eingezäuntes Gelände.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Ligurien

Dieses Haus mit tollem Blick bietet genügend Platz in den Wohnungen und draußen. Jede Wohnung hat seinen privaten Balkon/Terrasse, aber auch die Gemeinschaftsräume bzw. Terrasse, Gärten, Swimmingpool waren großzügig. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und bietet bei schlechtem Wetter auch genug Platz. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich, sehr entgegenkommen und immer ansprechbar. Sein Restaurantist zu empfehlen ! Super war auch der Brötchenservice, da das Haus etwas schwierig zu erreichen war.

Uriges vielfältiges Selbstversorgerhaus

Unser Aufenthalt mit 18 Personen bei P. war ein voller Erfolg! Wir haben eine tolle Woche mit viel Abwechslung (Pool, Whirlpool, Tischtennisplatte, Tennisplatz, Grillstelle, großen Gemeinschaftsplätzen und Räumen) bei atemberaubender Aussicht verbracht! Aufgrund starken Regens an zwei Tagen kam es vermehrt zu Stromausfällen, die das einzige Manko darstellen. Im Haus ist alles aufzufinden was es für eine gute gemeinsame Zeit mit einfacher Selbstversorgung braucht.

perfekt für Familiengruppen

perfekt für mehrere Familien. Die Aufteilung in mehrere Ferienwohnungen, die große Küche, das große schattige Grundstück, der Pool, die Aussicht - Alles wirklich toll. P. und Team sind immer ansprechbar und der Besuch des dazugehörigen Lokals im Ort ein muss. Sehr zu empfehlen!! Bei der Anfahrt muss man etwas Zeit (ca. 30min den Berg hoch bzw. runter). Auf den letzten Metern zum Haus ist Mut gefragt oder man steigt Treppen :) Also überraschen lassen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Waren mit einer Größeren Gruppe von 30 Personen im Haus. Die Aussicht ist Atemberaubend und die Lage perfekt. Der große Garten mit Pool usw. ist sehr schön. Der einzige Nachteil ist das bei 30 Personen, Sofas als Bette zählen und somit einige Personen auf Sofas schlafen mussten.

Wunderbares Haus

Sehr schönes Haus für unsere 17-köpfige Gruppe. Wunderbarer Pool, schöne Gemeinschaftsküche. Herrlicher Ausblick auf Imperia und das Mittelmeer. Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter Paolo (ihm gehört die örtliche Pizzeria neben der Kirche).

Schöne Zeit in Ligurien

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe 19 Personen, 2 Kinder und 2 Hunden für 8 Tage hier, allen hat es sehr gut gefallen und die Zeit war wunderschön hier. Die Gastgeber sind liebenswert und sehr Zuverlässig, wer das Restaurant im Ort nicht besucht, hat etwas wesentliches verpasst, einfach Klasse. Die Wohnungen sind alle hübsch, aber die Schlafsofa- Zusatzoption ist kaum für 2 Paare geeignet. Alles Prima, gerne wieder einmal, die Abwicklung mit der Agentur hat auch großes Lob verdient.

Sehr sehr tolle location, schöne Wohnungen, sehr sauber, großzügiges Gelände, liebevoll angelegter Garten. Der Hauswirt ist große klasse, beste Versorgung gewährleistet, erfüllt fix alle Wünsche. Reisetipps: Valloria ist sehenswert, Imperia ideal für den Cappucchino am Hafen oder Shoppen in der Innenstadt. Für Motorradfahrer mit sportlichen Enduris traumhaft einsames Gelände.

Haus mit einmaliger aussicht ganz oben ein kleines idyllisches Dorf. Sehr hilfsbereit Hauswirt. Reisetipps: Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit geschrängt Angebot gibt es 6 km weg, aber gutes Einkaufszentrum in Imperia, 14 km.
