Our cosy and well-maintained non-smoking holiday home (approx. 68 m²) is a single-story, solidly built structure located just 5 minutes from the sea. It is available year-round and is situated in a prime location within the “Aida Holiday Park,” in front of the dike at the North Sea resort of Tossens. Your dogs (max. 2) are welcome here; fees apply.

It features a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, a children’s room with a bunk bed and a single bed, along with a TV and a closet, a bathroom with a shower/toilet and a washing machine with dryer function, as well as a spacious living/dining area with a large couch and TV, and a nearly new, well-equipped kitchen (dinnerware and cookware, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, Senseo pod coffee maker, and drip coffee maker). A retrofitted and regularly maintained gas boiler serves as the heat source. Thanks to the gas heating, the house is habitable year-round. A spacious patio with patio furniture and an outdoor fireplace are located on the approximately 200 m² property, which is completely fenced in and can also be used as a sunbathing area. An outdoor grill is available for barbecuing. Bedding, towels, a travel cot, and a high chair can be rented from our property management for a fee.
The beach is within walking distance. Free Wi-Fi is available. A parking space is available directly in front of the house, as well as an additional parking space in the large car park, which is just a few steps away. A damage deposit of €100.00 is charged and is typically refunded no later than 14 days after departure. The damage deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer after the accommodation has been inspected and no damage has been found.
