Private: property (fenced), swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 180 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, arbour, barbecue, barbecue house, parking at the house. Supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 6.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 6 km, café 6 km, bus stop "Campinuela V" 1.2 km, sandy beach "Playa de los Boliches" 22 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Hiking paths: Barranco Blanco 11 km.
