Enjoy your stay in our stylish and recently renovated top-floor (2nd floor) apartment in a prime location in Emmerich am Rhein. The apartment was completely renovated as of 1 August, 2024, and is ready for you to move in. It features new flooring, a modern bathroom, and high-quality new furniture, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere.

On the ground floor of the building, there is an office space, and on the ground floor, another holiday apartment.
A parking space is available directly in front of the building.

The location is ideal: you’ll be staying right next to the Rhine Park, the Rhine Promenade, and the centre of Emmerich am Rhein. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are within walking distance, so you can easily reach everything on foot.

A special highlight of the apartment is the fireplace and an additional floor with an unobstructed view of the harbour, which provides a unique living experience and plenty of peace and quiet.

    Check-in war problemlos, durch den Aussensafe war man zeitlich nicht gebunden, alles perfekt. Küche haben wir nicht benutzt, da wir nur unterwegs waren, aber es war alles vorhanden.
