The "City Appartement" vacation rental is located in Bad Sassendorf, 500 meters from the main train station. The pedestrian zone is just a few minutes’ walk away. Near the apartment, you’ll find a bakery and several pizzerias and restaurants, so your culinary needs are well taken care of. Our apartment has been recently renovated and is fully furnished. It is located on the first floor of the building. The apartment measures 50 square meters. It features a combined living and dining area with a kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker; there is a TV in the living area. Next to the building entrance is an utility room with a washing machine and a drying rack. There’s also space if you’d like to store bicycles. Parking spaces are available in the Haulle courtyard. We look forward to welcoming you! A 100% deposit may be charged after booking. Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 3.40 EUR per person per day (ages 16 and up) will be charged separately on site.
