Scraggy Neck Secluded Home Close to Water private beaches
Scraggy Neck is an exclusive gated community on a one-mile peninsula in Buzzards Bay with several private association beaches; 4 tennis courts; a playground; and a 2 mile shaded, private road that circles the peninsula and is perfect for running, biking and walking. It is a 15 to 20 minute drive to Falmouth and Woods Hole.

There are several beaches within walking distance of the house. The house is located on a 200 yard dead-end street (Striper Lane), ending at the water at a private family owned, rocky beach, to which you have rights, with breathtaking westerly facing sunsets (300 feet from the house).
The larger sandy association beach is on Seal Lane, a quarter mile from the house. The long sandy causeway beach is one mile from the house as you enter the private association on Scraggy Neck Road.
The house is a 2,000 square foot modern Cape, with four bedrooms and lots of light. There are hard wood floors in all rooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath and is on the second floor. The second bedroom is on the second floor and has two single beds. The third bedroom is also on the second floor and has a queen bed. There is a second full bathroom on the second floor. The first floor is an open space with a large kitchen; an eating area and a living room with two sliding doors that go out to a deck and large shaded back yard. The first floor also has a half-bath and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. All of the rooms have air conditioning units in the summer and wireless Internet.

Stove, Oven, Refrigerator, dishwasher, Microwave, Cooking Utensils, Pots & Pans, Coffee Maker, Tea Kettle, Blender, Toaster and Lobster Pot. Place Settings for 10.
