Amazing Beach Front House

4 bedroom (2 king beds, 2 queen beds)/3 bathroom beachfront home located on East Beach in historic downtown Ocean Springs, one of only 3 Great American Main Street Award Winners in the United States! Ocean Springs is a charming, progressive, and quaint beach town located on the Gulf of Mexico approximately 50 miles from Mobile, Alabama and less than 100 miles from New Orleans, Louisiana. For anyone who enjoys the beach there’s sun bathing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing to name a few. Downtown Ocean Springs offers plenty of shopping and dining including clothing boutiques, candy and toy shops, and everything ranging from casual to fine dining. The house is only about 50 steps from the beach (locals call it “East Beach”), 5 minutes from restaurants and bars, and 10 minutes from the casinos (Beau Rivage, Golden Nugget, Hard Rock, etc.) which are located just across the Ocean Springs Bridge.
We are happy to provide our guests with a full guide to get you acquainted with the area and are available to answer any questions you may have about specific interests.

Perfect house for 4 couples weekend getaway. The house was clean and very well stocked. We loved having the water nearby and enjoyed the sunsets every evening. Just a short drive to Washington Ave and downtown Ocean Springs.

Lots of room for family get away!

This is a great property that is well furnished. We had 6 adults and everyone had enough space for privacy. This is our second time to stay in this house. I did miss the rocking chairs that were on the front porch last year!

This is a great property to rent for a group vacation. Excellent Home for Vacation

We loved everything about our stay at this home! The home exceeded our expectations and the ocean views were better than we anticipated! The owners have thought about everything that you may need while staying here. We have two young children and didn't have to bring anything extra for them....this house had them covered! We will definitely rent this home again when we come back to Ocean Springs!

Beautiful Home with Breathtaking Views

The location close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous water views was perfect! We were in town for our son's wedding and having a quiet retreat for ourselves as well as a place for a small group of friends to gather on the porch or in the huge great room/kitchen/dining room area with windows all around made the wedding weekend even more enjoyable. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the house had all the amenities you could ever need. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Hometown Visit

There was an oops in communication with the house keeper so the property wasn’t ready at our check in time. All was made right, and we will be returning to this property for the third time in 2025.. I’ve been coming to the Ocean Springs area annually for the past 11 years and this is my favorite house.

My husband, Lee (many people call him "Robby") and I got engaged while I was living in Denver, Colorado and he was in the process of building his dream home in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. We had a quaint and beautiful family wedding at our home in Ocean Springs and we’ll always treasure having the most important people in our lives there to share our special day in our home. Shortly after getting married, we decided to relocate to Denver and recently welcomed our first child, Corinne. Less than 2 years later we became a family of 4 when Maris was born. We plan to spend as much time as we can on the Gulf Coast so that our girls will have an opportunity to enjoy their extended family and home in Ocean Springs.

While we’re in Denver, we love welcoming guests into our Ocean Springs home and ready enjoy meeting and speaking with visitors. It’s such a wonderful experience to share a place that means so much to us and know that special memories are being made there while we are away.

Why they chose this property

As far as the house goes, you can expect a fully appointed home with plenty of upgrades. We built this home for our family in 2013 and spend a good bit of time there. We currently live in Denver, Colorado which is why we open our home to guests. We love having the opportunity to share our home with others who are visiting our hometown and cherish our guest book. If you stay, please leave us a note. One of our favorite things is reading the messages our guests leave.

We have really worked to make the home feel both comfortable and luxurious for our guests. You’ll find super comfortable beds with quality linens, lots of indoor and outdoor seating as well as amazing views of the beach (especially when the sun rises and sets), and a kitchen equipped for cooking, serving and cleaning up after a group of people.

It’s important to note that the house is in a very quiet residential area. This rental is for a relaxing vacation with a handful of friends and family. This is a family home and there are stringent HOA rules prohibiting large gathering or parties. If you are planning to accommodate a large group looking for a place to have parties, this isn’t going to be the right fit for you. We are unable to allow any large gatherings, indoor or outdoor, NO exceptions. This includes but is not limited to rehearsal dinners, weddings, receptions, etc.
