When the morning light streams through the marsh meadows, a relaxing North Sea holiday with the kids begins: The detached holiday home Ostertill 13 in Dorum-Neufeld can accommodate up to four people in its 61 m² of living space. Two bedrooms with laminate flooring, a bathroom with a shower and tub, and a cosy living area with a wood-burning stove make the house ideal for a small family.
A cot, high chair, and stair gate are provided, as is a private washing machine. In the open kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and a glass-ceramic cooktop, cooking almost becomes an afterthought.

The garden, featuring a patio, grill, and sun loungers, is perfect for family time by the sea. You may bring two dogs. Wi-Fi, two TVs, games, and an electric vehicle charging station on the property round out the amenities. Located near the beach (1 km), the fishing harbour, the Obereversand lighthouse, and the mudflats are all within walking distance. Free parking is available at the house.

Wir kennen OT13 von früheren Aufenthalten und hier wurde einiges verbessert, bspw.die Terrasse (Teilüberdachung, großer Schirm, Holzhütte) und die TV Situation im Wohnzimmer ist nun auch viel gemütlicher. Wir fahren bereits seit vielen Jahren in den Cuxland Park Neufeld, da ist inzwischen eine Verbundenheit entstanden.

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal Gäste bei Ihnen. Hätten wir jedoch vom zusätzlichen Eintritt zum Strand, trotz Gästekarte, bei Buchung gewusst, hätten wir nicht gebucht. Waren deshalb auch nicht dort. Diese zusätzlichen Kosten sind für viele Gäste, vor allem für Familien zu hoch.
