"Lee" Holiday Home – a modern North Sea cottage with a sauna and a large garden.

The Lee holiday home is a modern and spacious holiday rental for up to 6 people. With approximately
100 m² of living space, it offers plenty of room for a relaxing holiday by the North Sea. Built in 2021, the house impresses with its contemporary design, high-quality amenities
and a cosy atmosphere—ideal for families or friends travelling together.

A special highlight is the private sauna in the basement, which invites you to enjoy relaxing wellness moments. After a sauna session, the spacious rain shower provides the perfect refreshment.

On the ground floor, a bright, open-concept living and dining area awaits you, inviting you to spend time together. Large windows let in plenty of natural light
and create a welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped built-in kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favourite meals.

Directly adjacent is the sun terrace with a view of the spacious garden—perfect for relaxed outdoor meals or cosy moments in
the fresh North Sea air.

A bathroom on the ground floor provides additional comfort, which is especially practical for stays with several people.
Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other two each
have two single beds—ideal for families or groups. The upstairs bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, perfect
for relaxing after a day at the beach. Thanks to underfloor heating and electric exterior blinds, you’ll enjoy a comfortable living environment at all times.

If you’re travelling with a larger group, the neighbouring holiday home “Luv” offers additional space for friends or family.

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Das Haus ist echt modern und schön. Die Vermittlung ist sehr freundlich, proaktiv hilfsbereit und professionell. Das Haus ist direkt am Ortseingang, zur Küste braucht es ca. 10 min zu Fuß.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus, da dass Haus schon frei war könnten wir auch früher einchecken. Alles war sauber und das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet alles was man Brauch ist vorhanden. Das einzige was etwas blöd war, war das Parken mit 4 Autos doch etwas zu wenig Platz zum Parken ansonsten war alles top und wir kommen gerne wieder

+ Sehr modernes, gut ausgestattetes, schönes Ferienhaus. Ein Gartenhaus für die Räder gab es auch - Terrasse liegt auf der Nordseite. Aufgrund der recht frischen Temperaturen für uns nicht nutzbar. Terrasse ist aber auch sehr schön.
