Nestled in a beautiful, village-like setting on the island, surrounded by meadows, the “Tina” apartment is located in the old captain’s house “Sieben-Linden” in Archsum. Tranquil peace, seemingly endless “Fennen”—as the Sylters call the meadows—the dike in the distance, and every now and then a horse trots by: it doesn’t get any more idyllic than this on Sylt. The apartment is located on the first floor of the captain’s house and measures approximately 40 square meters.

Lage OK, auf den ersten Blick ganz gut, Größe und Ausstattung OK, leider hat die Wohnung ein paar nicht so schöne Mängel. Schimmel an den Fenstern und im Bad, keine Entlüftung im Bad und die Außenbeleuchtung geht nicht.
