Great property clean and quiet. Near lake and local food shops and restaurants. Dervio is a lovely quiet town on lac como. Great stat to explore all around. Did plenty of cycling. Good base for this activity. Only fault was slow internet

Neu renoviertes Haus

Sehr schönes neu renoviertes Haus 2min zu Fuss vom Seeufer. Wir hatten 2 separate Wohnungen mit je 2 Schlafzimmern. Die Agentur reagiert sehr schnell, nur das beheizte Pool ist im Oktober leider nicht mehr als 20 Grad warm. Ansonsten super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.

Urlaub mit den Jungs

Wir sind eine Freundesgruppe mit ingesamt 8 Jungs und diese Unterkunft ist wirklich schön. Die Lage ist klasse und das Haus und der Pool sind auch wirklich gut renoviert worden, so wie es aussieht. Das einzige Manko für uns war, dass das Haus aus zwei Apartments besteht, und man nur über eine Türe außen in das andere Apartment kommt. Wenn man allerdings mit 2 Familien dort hingeht, ist das sogar von Vorteil. Der Strand ist super nah und es gibt in der Nähe auch ein Food Festival mit Ständen.

Mooie villa midden

De sleutels moesten wij ophalen op kantoor van La Casa Sul Sasso (wel in dezelfde dorp). Hebben dus geen rondleiding en geen verdere uitleg gehad. Alles verliep via WhatsApp. Het huis is perfect gerenoveerd en is zeer ruim. In tuin ontbrak 4 ligbedden bij zwembad (6x2meter) en tuinverlichting was defect. Verlichting is op 6e dag gerepareerd. Ligbedden niet gekregen. Al met al tevreden
