Great property management makes a huge difference!!!!

This was the perfect getaway to celebrate a birthday. Every detail in the house was considered by property management. It made our stay absolutely wonderful.

Great house!

Stayed for a few nights with our kids. Great bike ride distance to beach. Property is well maintained and had everything we needed to cook, clean, bathe and go to beach!

Nice Place

We celebrated my husband’s birthday with my teen twins. Open space and everything you need. The neighborhood beach and everything was great. Would stay there again.

Some high school friends did a golf trip. Place was great. Everything we needed. Company who took care of the place did a great job. Definitely want to come back and would stay again in a heartbeat

Fabulous in every way

We have used Best Nest property managed homes several times - different properties on Hilton Head - and have been delighted each time. We’ll stocked, immaculately clean, nice welcome basket, recommendations for activities and dining. I have nothing but good to say about this property.

The house was very clean, the layout and furnishings were nice, the pool and view were fabulous and the location was great. I greatly appreciated the “extras” in this home such as laundry detergent, actual soap dispensers in the bathrooms, beach towels, beach chairs, wagons, etc. We had such a wonderful experience and will try to stay in this home again.

Only comments--we did not notice the 'shared bathroom' in the description, and thought description referenced QUEEN sized beds in bedroom 2 and 3 (but they were FULL sized). Super easy to roll right into this home and relax, given that all the essentials are already there for you. The pool is great to have. To clarify the setup of the rooms: the master suite with a king and ensuite and the additional 2 bedrooms have a jack and jill set up. It was perfect for our family and we will def return!

The rental provided all the extras that one might generally need to bring: beach towels and chairs, kitchen and laundry supplies, and bathroom supplies. The view of the marsh was calming. The pool provided many hours of enjoyment. The beach was maybe a 10-12 min walk - even faster in our bikes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Black Tern and would definitely return.

Wonderful stay at 11 Black Tern in Sea Pines

With a view of the marsh and a few block walk to the beach, we thought the location was perfect. We would see deer and birds daily right out the windows that span the entire backside of the house. We walked our dogs daily between 5-10 miles and this location was perfect for a walk down the beach and a walk back on the path. And when the weather wouldn't cooperate, the fireplace came in very handy.The setup worked very well for six of us for dinners, puzzling and board games.We are already planning our return visit next year.

Loved our stay here

My husband worked remotely, using the large desk in the living room but could have just as easily used the large dining room table. The house was so clean, bright, current in its decorating, and happy. Loved the marsh view. An 8-10 minute walk to the beach was perfect for us to walk our two Jack Russells. Some of the couches, while they are clean, and look nice, are a little uncomfortable from overuse, but not horrible by any means. Master bed was comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and really, everything needed was provided. Needed some light bulbs replaced, texted the office on a Saturday, and the electrician was out within an hour to replace them. Loved our stay, and we would definitely rent this house again!

Exceptional Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the third time we have scheduled to stay at this particular location. It is perfect for our needs, and a has a view that can't be beat. The living room, dining room and Master bedroom overlook an untouched grassey marsh where we can look at Egrets, geese, deer etc... And it is only a ten minute walk to the beach. Met some nice neighbors along the way. We come to Hilton Head to relax and this home is set up for just that with a comfortable, welcoming environment for reading by the pool or in the living room overlooking nature. A well-stocked welcome basket had yummy snacks to tide us over until we made it to the grocery store. (Even had a nice dog treat for our Charlie!) Immaculately clean. Not only would I recommend this property to others, but we would book it every time we come to Hilton Head.
