Fully-equipped, self-contained, comfortable 3-star Meublé de Tourisme in a quiet, peaceful setting. Ideally located near Saint-Émilion and the Entre-Deux-Mers vineyards, just 2 minutes from Rauzan and Lac de Blasimon. 20 km from Libourne and Langon, 15 km from Saint-Émilion, 10 km from Castillon-la-Bataille and Sauveterre-de-Guyenne, and 45 km from Bordeaux. The region offers many attractions: vineyards, bastides, châteaux, citadels, lakes and forests. The Roger Laberie cycle path is nearby, and ocean activities are 1h15 away.



This new air-conditioned apartment has one bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a mezzanine with a bed of the same size. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, double washbasin and heated towel rail. The living area includes a TV, books, games and relaxing armchairs, with free Wi-Fi access. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and all necessary utensils. Enjoy the shaded terraces, both high and low, which are well laid out. Private parking available on the property.
