The villa features a spacious and bright open-plan living and dining area with direct access to a panoramic sea-view terrace. There is also a separate, fully equipped kitchen, along with a pantry and a laundry room.



The property has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two large single beds. There are also two full bathrooms, both equipped with a bath and a shower.



Outside, you can enjoy breathtaking sea views from the terrace, the perfect spot for drinks or al fresco dining. The garden also offers a large dining table, sun loungers, and a barbecue, creating an ideal space to relax while listening to the sound of the sea.
