The front of the house is pedestrian, it has a fantastic walk that crosses the whole town, therefore cars do not circulate.
In the area where it is located you can find supermarkets, bar-restaurants, pharmacy, medical service, public transport ... And you can also practice different leisure activities such as: diving, horse riding, bicycle rental, cars and motorcycles, visits to the natural park of the Phoenicians and the lagoon ....

Had a lovely stay. Apartment is 3 bedroomed in a gorgeous location and really quiet. You can walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. If you want a lively night out it is within a 30 minute walk. Lovely bakery nearby for bread and fresh croissants. Good for sunrises and sunsets and sitting on an evening with a glass of wine.

Marvellous!

Our holiday in Can Picafort was just what we were looking for - directly by the sea, great view, lovely hosts, relaxing surrounding, great weather, good food, and everything you'd need just around the corner.

Beautiful location

Very much enjoyed the location of this apartment. Right on the sea front and the views were incredible. Well stocked kitchen. Facilites and restaurants within walking distance. Francsica was helpful and allowed us a later check out time as our flight was later in the day. That was really helpful.

Beautiful location. Beautiful sea. Easy access to Can Picafort

Francisca was charming and helpful. On arrival she had provided essential items such as tea coffee and milk. Plus some goodies. Towels were plentiful. The location is away from the more commercial part and this allowed us to see how the locals also enjoy living so close to the sea. The sloping jetty was indeed in front of the apartment which was great for the accomplished swimmer and for snorkeling. For those less accomplished there is such a fabulous choice of beaches close by. We only wished we'd taken an underwater camera. Totally enjoyed our stay and the ten days went far too quickly.

Great experience

We were on a workation in the apartment and loved it. We had the sea right in front of the window and could listen to the waves. It was very spacious for three people(technically for six i think). The only thing we would improve is the dishwasher that didnt clean properly and one bathroom is not enough without cleaning for a week. Maybe it can be offered a cleaning service (even for a fee) We thank Francisca a lot for this great stay, she also made late check out possible for us!

The most relaxing vacation ever

I can't imagine staying at a better place in Mallorca. The place was perfectly situated between two small town hubs so that it was convenient to restaurants and shops, but never too busy. The place is self is gorgeous. The marble staircase, the roominess, the comfort and simple elegance of it made it ideal. The balconies is where we spent most of our time. I filmed the views from there and watch the videos often while listening to Radio Mallorca on my computer. It almost takes me back. Finally, Francisca is so thoughtful and kind. Even though we messed up our time of arrival, she was patient, cheerful, and helpful. We could not have asked for better. Thanks!

Wir hatten einen traumhaftem Urlaub mit 3 Kindern. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super. Alles war sauber. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war wunderbar. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und man ist nach 10 Minuten zu Fuß im touristischen Stadttrubel. Eine Badestelle gibt es direkt vorm Haus(felsig) und der Sandstrand ist fußläufig auch in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Preis-Leistung ist Top! Check in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat bestens geklappt. Vielen Dank Francisca!

Sehr sauber, perfekte Lage. Balkon mit Nordlage ist wirklich perfekt im Sommer. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Klima, zwei mit Ventilatoren, wobei diese Zimmer höher liegen und kalte Abendluft durchziehen kann...wir würden wiederkommen, wenn es passt.Für die beiden Liegen auf dem Balkon wären noch Auflagen schön gewesen und für den Backofen Topflappen als kleine Anregung.

Unschlagbarer Meerblick - der Titel sagt alles! Die Aussicht ist DAS Highlight dieser Wohnung! Zwei Terrassen auf zwei Ebenen zur Meerseite bieten atemberaubende Aussicht über die Fußgängerpassage direkt zum Felsenufer mit Blick über die Bucht von Alcudia. Zugang zum Wasser ist über eine Rampe in der Nähe problemlos möglich, der Sandstrand von Son Baulo ganz in der Nähe. Auch Bars, Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt liegen in "Steinwurfweite".Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Nordlage der Terrassen, die in der zweiten Septemberhälfte nicht mehr viel Sonne abbekommen. Dazu sorgte ein unermüdlicher Nordostwind für eine nicht immer angenehme Abkühlung. Im Juni / Juli / August sorgt derselbe Wind wahrscheinlich für willkommene Temperaturen bei intensiven Sonnenstrahlen! Das gilt es bei der Buchung zu bedenken.Francisca ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und ihre im Erdgeschoss lebende Schwiegermutter ebenfalls liebenswert freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Probleme mit dem Toaster und daraus resultierende Stromausfälle wurden hervorragend und "muy amable" behandelt.Ältere Gäste sollten berücksichtigen, dass die Ferienwohnung sich über das 1. und 2. Obergeschoss des Gebäudes erstreckt: bis in den Wohnbereich sind es 25 Stufen; weitere 17 sind es zu den Schlafzimmern und zum Bad.Kritik auf hohem Niveau: ein Schnäppchen ist die Wohnung nicht und vor diesem Hintergrund fehlt dann m. E. der "finishing touch" bzw. das letzte Quäntchen Perfektion. Aber wohlfühlen kann man sich hier! :-)

Emplacement exceptionnel

Une vue époustouflante pour cet appartement de 120 mètres carrés spacieux et totalement au calme mais à proximité des restaurants et de la très belle plage de San Baulo. Francisca et sa famille sont adorables, allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne regretterez pas.

Wundervoll

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich schön und die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend.Wir wurden bereits bei Anreise an der Unterkunft in Empfang genommen. Es waren Snacks, Kaffeekapseln, Getränke und Waschmittel bereit gestellt. Tips für die Umgebung haben wir auch bekommen, zb wo man gut Essen gehen kann.Alles in allem eine Tolle Erfahrung

Schöner Aufenthalt bei netten Gastgebern

Sehr freundliche Aufnahme. Alles was wir brauchten war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren in allen Belangen sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten imit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil um umliegende größere Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind umliegend vorhanden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Allerdings sollte man mit Kleinkind aufpassen und ein Auge auf die offene Treppe haben.

Einfach nur schön!

Unsere Tochter und Schwiegersohn sowie mein Mann und ich haben wunderschöne 14 Tage in der Wohnung verlebt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt am Meer und etwas außerhalb von Can Picafort. Wir sind ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Promenade gelaufen, was sehr angenehm war, da wir ruhig, bei Meeresrauschen, schlafen konnten. Wenn man sich im unteren Bereich der Wohnung befindet, kommt es einem so vor, als befände man sich direkt auf dem Meer. Die obere Terrasse, auf der wir uns überwiegend aufgehalten haben, ist sehr groß. Von dort aus kann man die Menschen (Autos dürfen dort nicht fahren), die unten vorbei laufen, gut beobachten und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe und Boote auf dem Meer. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns sehr gut, da wir einen Leihwagen hatten und die Insel von unserem Standort aus gut erkunden konnten. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% und werden sicher auch selber noch einmal dorthin fahren. Du, Fransisca, bist eine sehr aufmerksame Vermieterin und sehr hilfsbereit! Danke für diesen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub (wir würden am Liebsten sofort wieder los fliegen :))

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit

Die Ferienwohnung, die sich direkt am Meer, abseits des Massentourismus befindet, erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerke hat zwei Balkone (einer davon sehr groß), mit herrlichen Seeblick und einen Balkon mit Landblick. Parken kein Problem, Lidl befindet sich einen guten Kilometer entfernt. Die Küche mit Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. in den weiteren beiden Schlafzimmer wäre ein Ventilator gut. WLAN-ging überall sehr gut. Küchenausstattung war sehr gut; Müll kann um die Ecke entsorgt werden. Es gibt keine Zwischenreinigung. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit exponierter Lage.

Das Ferienhaus sticht durch seine Großräumigkeit heraus. Offen gestaltet. Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür hat man alles, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Fehlt etwas, oder hat man Fragen oder Wünsche, weiß Francisca bestimmt weiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft, direkt am Meer. Es war alles da, was man so benötigt und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ohne Probleme durften wir sogar schon eher in die Wohnung.
