There is a flat-screen TV in the living room as well as in both bedrooms.

Right next to the dining area, which features a beautiful dining space for up to 6 people, is the modern, fully equipped kitchen.

There are two bedrooms in total; one is furnished with a double bed, and the other with a single bed featuring a pull-out trundle bed. There are three bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and two of which are equipped with showers.

The hallway has been designed with great attention to detail and features ample closet space.

The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. From your underground parking space, you can quickly take the lift to the 2nd floor to your apartment.

A bicycle storage room is available.
