The furnished south-facing balcony invites you to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh North Sea air. The 34-square-meter holiday apartment is located on the ground floor. Access to the apartment is wheelchair-accessible. There is an lift that also leads to the basement and the underground car park, where a parking space for the holiday rental is located. The combined living and sleeping area is equipped with two single beds (fold-out beds), two small sofas, a dining area with a corner bench and a chair, a flat-screen TV, and a radio/CD player. The apartment also features a kitchenette separated by a glass door, equipped with a microwave, a stove with two burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, and dishes and silverware. Washing machines and dryers (coin-operated) are located in the building’s basement.

Smoking is not permitted inside the holiday rental, but is allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed (see house rules).
