Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the villa Casa Naranjos in Nerja impresses guests with its fantastic views and quality interior. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, 2 well-equipped kitchens, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart 52” TV with full sports channels and streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, dishwashers, microwaves, and beach/pool towels. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private secure grassed garden area and an outdoor shower, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine without going to the beaches.
The villa features a covered terrace, which is ideal for alfresco dining. There are five gorgeous pools, one of which is open all year round. Visits to Nerja Caves, Granada, Malaga, and Seville are highly recommended. Families with children are welcome.
Air conditioning is available throughout the property. This property features a convenient self-check-in system. Shuttle service to the airport is available for an extra fee.
In order to maintain the highest standards, Casa Naranjos has specific house rules and all guests are respectfully requested to comply with the following:
1. No smoking or vaping inside the house.
2. Group size must be as per the booking.
3. No parties permitted.
4. Air conditioning must be switched off when the house is not occupied.
5. External security cameras and video doorbells must not be tampered with or adjusted.
6. The resort's management insists that clothing and towels are not dried over balconies and handrails. Clothes airers are provided for guests' use.
7. The resort operates a quiet time, which means no noise after midnight.
Rules breaches may result in the booking being terminated without reimbursement.
