Our well-equipped holiday rental offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Wi-Fi ensures you can stay in touch with your loved ones at all times. The sun terrace invites you to unwind during the warmer months, while the garden grill is perfect for social evenings. Our house is located on a quiet side street on the outskirts of Urexweiler. We live on the upper floor ourselves; the holiday rental is located on the ground floor at the back of the house. Although it faces south, the well-insulated apartment stays pleasantly cool in the summer and, of course, pleasantly warm in the winter. Thanks to the set-back entrance, which is screened from the street by flowers and shrubs, you can enjoy your own private relaxation area right next to the entrance while still keeping an eye on everything.
The holiday rental is an ideal choice for couples, solo travellers, business travellers, or seniors. Enjoy the peace and comfort of our smoke-free home. Pets are allowed upon request, so your faithful companions are also welcome.

Marianne and Heinz Holiday Rental:

This modern ground-floor holiday rental offers a cosy temporary home with 57 square metres of open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space. In the bedroom, the double bed is freshly made; for longer stays, extra linens are provided. In the living room, the comfortable couch can be converted into an additional sleeping space for up to 2 people in just a few simple steps. With a sleeping surface 1.40 m wide, two people can even snuggle up here. Bed linens, pillows, and blankets are provided. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook or bake your own meals and is outfitted with everything you need for up to 4 people. In the new bathroom, you’ll find a sink, urinal, and toilet, as well as a spacious, walk-in rain shower at floor level. Plenty of hand and bath towels, as well as a hair dryer, are provided. A small storage room houses a washing machine as well as various appliances, from an ironing board to a vacuum cleaner. Internet access, all linens, parking for a car, storage space for bicycles or motorcycles in a locked garage, shared use of an electric exhaust-air clothes dryer and freezer space in the garden shed just a few steps away, a charcoal grill, and the traditional Saarland-style swing grill (“Schwenker”) (firewood provided).



On-site fees: Payment can be made in cash upon arrival or in advance via bank transfer.A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site.
