The apartment is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible by lift from the underground car park. The apartment is perfect for couples or even 2 adults and 2 children. The beautiful sandy beach, spa gardens, and shopping areas are just a few minutes’ walk away.

In the entryway, you’ll find plenty of storage space for your luggage before you step into the spacious living area with an open kitchen. The open living area features a sofa set, TV, and blackout curtains. There is also a comfortable fold-down bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00 m). The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all the amenities you need. The dining area is located in the light-filled sunroom, which seats up to 4 people. The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00), a TV, and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The bathroom, complete with a spacious shower, toilet, and hair dryer, rounds out the amenities.

Guests have access to a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
An underground parking space is available for your car. The building also has a bicycle storage room in the underground garage. Wi-Fi included. Pets are not allowed! Non-smoking apartment!
