Seepark Appartement 2 - Seepark

This sunny, cosy 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 1st floor, just a few steps from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The spacious southwest-facing balcony opens off the living room. The living-dining area is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD player, CD player, a dining area for 3 people, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher. From the separate bedroom, which features a double bed (2x80x200 cm) and a second TV, you can enjoy the lake view from the balcony. Shower room/toilet. Wi-Fi included
For the 2026 season, a beach chair is included (Beach Section 11, Bade) from May 15 to September 15. Additionally, a beach chair is available to guests on the balcony. Parking space included. No pets! Non-smoking apartment.

This beautiful apartment complex is located right on the beach. Only Bäderstraße separates the complex from direct beach access. A pedestrian bridge leads safely there. Guests holidaying here will feel right at home and find pure relaxation. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the newly redesigned beach promenade with activity zones, relaxation areas, restaurants, and the fine-sand beach with beach chairs. A parking space is available.
