Apartment house Strandstr.32 WE 5: modern 3-room apartment with terrace close to the beach

This friendly, beachfront 3-room apartment (approx. 49 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring in the living area is high-quality vinyl with a wood-grain finish; the kitchen area and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway, which features a coat rack and wall mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, a wicker armchair, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 6 chairs; a cabinet; and a display case. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 10 m² terrace (facing south) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a radio. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a wardrobe, and also has direct access to the terrace.

The separate, additional second bedroom also features a comfortable double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a nightstand with bedside lamps, and a closet.

The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, a makeup mirror, a small side table, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat closet (with a wall mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

A (coin-operated) washing machine and a clothes dryer are available in the apartment complex and can be used by all guests to wash their holiday clothes.

You can park your car free of charge in an underground parking space (duplex parking system) assigned to your apartment—please note the maximum permitted vehicle height of 1.60 m! The garage is directly connected to your apartment via the stairwell and is therefore quick and easy to reach.

Your bicycles can also be stored in a separate, lockable bike room next to the residential complex’s underground garage. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located in the immediate vicinity of your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At several cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or treat yourself in the evening to tasty dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations.

A laundry package (complete set of bedding—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
