Harbor view and stylish atmosphere in the brand new HafenCity Loft Stralsund

Located on the 2nd floor, this chic “HafenCity loft” has offered a stunning view of the Old Town Harbour since summer 2023.
Park right next door in the convenient car park at Fährwall 11, just 20 metres away. (Daily rate: €13 for 24 hours). There are no parking spaces available at the property.

The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a hair dryer and a makeup mirror, and is located right next to the bedroom. The bedroom features two dressers and a large clothes rack with enough space for two people’s luggage. Nightstands, bedside lamps, and a large TV are provided in the bedroom alongside a comfortable double bed. The kitchen boasts excellent amenities. In addition to a Nespresso capsule machine, oven, dishwasher, two-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and wine cooler, other small appliances such as a kettle and toaster are also available. Everything you need is here for a great evening of cooking or a relaxing breakfast before a lovely day trip. A spring mattress ensures a comfortable night’s sleep, even when using the pull-out bed in the living room. Books, free internet, a large flat-screen TV, a sofa blanket, and lovely decor ensure a pleasant stay.

Upon arrival, the bed is freshly made for our guests, and towel sets are provided for the number of guests booked. A starter kit of essential kitchen supplies is also provided.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl hier gefühlt, der tägliche Blick auf den Hafen war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr angenehm war die Ruhe, ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Die beiden Polstersessel waren an den Lehnen verschmutzt, der große Duschkopf müsste entkalkt werden. 62

Ausstattung, Design, Lage der Unterkunft. Man konnte das Fenster im Schlafzimmer nicht ankippen, daher war es etwas zu warm da es uns auch nicht gelungen die Heizung runter zu drehen. Ich würde noch im Eingangsbereich eine Fußmatte empfehlen damit der Dreck und auch die nassen Schuhe nicht in der Wohnung verteilt werden. 42 + Kind 12 Jahre
