Generell ist es eine schöne Wohnung. Allerdings gab es viele negative Dinge. Die Instandhaltung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Dabei sind es viele Kleinigkeiten. Darüber hinaus gab es auch Flecken an der Decke im Bad, die sehr nach Schimmel aussahen. Auch die Reinigung war ungenügend. Beispielsweise lagen Zigarettenkippen auf den Stühlen auf dem Balkon, Kaugummi klebte auf den Dielen, die Mikrowelle war verdreckt usw.. Man hat uns zwar am nächsten Morgen gleich angeboten nachzureinigen, allerdings hatten wir es dann schon selbst erledigt. Was noch anzumerken ist, dass als wir von einem Ausflug zurückgekommen waren, ein Monteur in der Wohnung war, der die Lüftungsanlage gewartet hat. Man hat uns im Vorfeld nicht Bescheid geben. Fazit: Schöne Wohnung in einem schlechten Zustand übergeben bekommen.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich aufgenommen der Check in war sehr unproblematisch ,sogar für die Hunde gab es ein kleines begüßungs Geschenk! Im Haus gab es ein paar Mängel die sofort behoben wurden und wir dafür mit einem Tag Boot fahren entschädigt wurden, was wirklich überragend war ! Die Küchenausstattug könnte etwas besser sein ,da Eierbecher und eine zweite Schüssel praktisch gewesen wäre aber ansonsten war alles vorhanden !
