The ArtHouse—a modern, stylishly furnished holiday home with a pool!
This spacious, very bright villa is located in the quiet Country Club Estate in Lehigh Acres. The house is furnished in a modern style. Original paintings by the owner (watercolours and abstract acrylics) give the house a particularly high-quality, unique, and artistic touch. The wonderful pool, a master bedroom with a master bathroom, two guest bedrooms with a guest bathroom, a spacious dining area, a large, fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with a TV offer excellent comfort. However, the main gathering place is undoubtedly the spacious terrace, complete with 5 lounge chairs, a pool, a gas grill, and a garden table. Thanks to the warm temperatures, you can enjoy breakfast here in the morning and spend long, pleasant evenings here.
The outdoor area is complemented by the stylishly landscaped, professionally maintained garden outside the pool area.
A large two-car garage with access to the house, a washing machine and dryer, air conditioning, and a security system round out this fantastic holiday home.
