Quiet location on a cul-de-sac right in the village. The “FeWo Aust EG” holiday rental is located on a side street off Fasanenweg. The beautifully landscaped and well-maintained property is perfect for relaxation.
Quiet, modern, and tastefully furnished apartment for 2–5 people on the ground floor of a multi-unit building.

The living room features a cosy couch as well as two comfortable TV armchairs. A colour satellite TV and a portable radio are, of course, provided. Free Wi-Fi is available.
There is also a large dining table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for enjoying a cosy meal or a fantastic game night.

The separate built-in kitchen adjacent to the living room has a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Of course, there is plenty of tableware and all the usual kitchen utensils provided.

There are two separate bedrooms, each equipped with insect screens. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds arranged as a loft bed. Both bedrooms, of course, have closets for your holiday wardrobe. In the living room, the couch can be used as a sleeper sofa for, say, a fifth person.

The walk-in shower has ample storage space and was renovated in 2022.

The patio, accessible from the living room, is furnished with comfortable patio furniture and an umbrella. Lawn areas also invite you to linger. Additionally, lounge chairs are available. The furnished terrace, facing southwest, offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere on sunny days.

Rental rates are listed for 1–2 guests; the weekly rates already include final cleaning and a booking fee.
Prices do not include the guest card, as this is a public-law fee unrelated to the holiday rental.

Adding additional guests:
Additional guests added to existing rental agreements will be charged €10.00 per person per day for the entire duration of the stay as specified in the rental agreement, plus the guest card fee and, if applicable, a laundry surcharge.In addition, a contract amendment fee of €15.00 will be charged.

Minimum booking duration:
– High season (Category A): 7 nights
– Off-season (Category B): 5 nights
– Winter season (Category C): 3 nights
– Bookings of fewer than 7 nights are always subject to a surcharge!
