The Dünenrose vacation rental at the Friesenresidence is a cozy place to stay in the Bad neighborhood, centrally located in a quiet area near the Kurwald. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the dike, the pier with access to the beach, the Dünentherme, and various shops and restaurants.

This high-quality, 4-star vacation apartment is designed for 2 people and spans 55 square meters over two floors. On the lower level is the modern and cozy living room with a stylish dining area and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, the hallway, and the balcony with a view of the greenery round out this area.

A staircase in the living room leads to the spacious bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). This area is separated from the living area by a modern glass wall. The bedroom features an additional TV, insect screens, and a blackout blind. Upon request, the building’s sauna with a relaxation area in the basement can be used free of charge.

The apartment offers a common area with a coin-operated washer and dryer, as well as an underground parking space (entry height 1.90 m, width 220 cm). The building also features a communal sauna available to all tenants.

Bedding and towels are included in the apartment. The apartment is rated 4 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV).

Parking spaces are available in an underground garage for the duration of your stay (height: 1.90 m). Pets are welcome in select apartments upon request.
