Ahoy and a warm welcome to our cosy "Holiday Rental 9" on Borkum. With two separate bedrooms, it’s ideal for your North Sea holiday with up to four people. Enjoy the refreshing North Sea air on the beautiful balcony!

The bright and friendly atmosphere of the apartment immediately invites you to relax and feel at home. Nautical artwork and charming decor create that authentic North Sea vibe. In the living area—which features an integrated kitchenette, dining area, and sitting area—you can cook, eat, and relax together after a day at the beach, or read a book or watch a film. A Smart TV with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, as well as a CD player, are available for your use. You’ll have access to free Wi-Fi (100 Mbps) for browsing the web on your smartphone.

The furnished balcony is also a wonderful place to relax. With a beautiful view of the surrounding meadows, you can enjoy your meals outdoors here while breathing in the refreshing North Sea air. An electric grill is available for barbecue evenings. A wonderful holiday feeling!

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to comfortably prepare your own meals. It features, among other things, a glass-ceramic stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and various small appliances.

Two separate bedrooms offer you pleasant places to retreat. One room has a double bed (2x 90 x 200 cm), and the other room has two single beds (90 x 200 cm).

The modern, naturally lit bathroom features a sink, toilet, shower, and heated towel rack.

Children are welcome! For our little guests, a cot, a high chair, and children’s toys are part of the standard furnishings.

Our “Holiday Apartment 9” is also ideal for people with allergies. The floors are covered with easy-to-maintain laminate.

A few more notes: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building. The apartment comes with a private parking space. There is a parking space for bicycles. Pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding.

Enjoy your Borkum holiday in a beautiful location: quiet, close to the beach, and centrally located!

The “Ferienhaus Upholmstraße” is located near the Old Lighthouse, the Local History Museum, and the “Alt-Borkum” restaurant. This means it’s very close to the town centre. In just a few minutes, you can reach Borkum’s charming town centre with its small shops, cafés, and restaurants.

You can reach both the North Beach and the promenade, as well as the South Beach, in 8 minutes by bike (21 minutes on foot). Here you’ll find family-friendly swimming spots, a section of beach supervised by the DLRG at each location, and numerous beach chairs. The North Beach also offers a variety of beach activities (from May through October).

A bus stop and the train station are located 600 m from the house.
