Double room - TeamWerk

The newly furnished double room features a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.0 m), a wardrobe, two comfortable armchairs, a height-adjustable workstation with a flat-screen monitor, and a 55-inch TV. The flooring consists of wood-look tiles and carpets.
The shared kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, and appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and electric kettle).
The double room is located on the ground floor/mezzanine and is accessible via a few steps. The price includes: cleaning, bed linens/towels, TV, internet/Wi-Fi, copier/scanner/printer, parking space, electric kettle, and a desk with an office chair.
The double room is not suitable for children under approximately 14 years of age. No pets, please.
For business travellers, this offer is supplemented by optional business services (meeting room and business address with a post office box).

Our two-room apartment is available for rent to business travellers or as a holiday rental. The apartment is equipped to accommodate up to 3 people.
Our double room can comfortably and affordably accommodate 1 to 2 people. It features a fully equipped workspace and a private bathroom.
Both accommodation is modern and mostly furnished with new furniture.
Our target audience is business travellers and adults travelling for leisure, including those with teenagers. The apartment is not equipped for children.
The house is located close to the city and the highway, yet in a quiet, green setting. Warmbronn is situated on the edge of the Northern Black Forest. The surrounding area is particularly well-suited for hiking and biking. The Leonberg Triangle (A8 and A81) is 5 km away, the town of Leonberg is 5 km away, city centre Stuttgart is 20 km away, and Stuttgart Airport is 26 km away via the highway.



On-site fees: If cancelled up to 10 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be refunded, minus a flat fee of 50 €. After that, the cancellation fee is 80%. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM; after that, the key will be left for you. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, and parking are included. A meeting room can be rented as an option. A fee of 50 € will be charged for lost keys. The accommodation is not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
