Welcome to our charming duplex apartment, approximately 42 m² in size – ideal for couples or small families with a toddler. The apartment offers a warm, cosy atmosphere where you can easily leave the stresses of everyday life behind.

Located on a quiet side street, the centre of Heringsdorf—with its shops, cafés, and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is also only about a 7-minute walk away.

A special highlight is the panoramic view from the light-filled living/sleeping area—enjoy nature right from your sofa. The patio and garden invite you to relax.

Linen packages (towels & bed linens) are included in the rental price. Toddlers up to 3 years old stay for free. Your dog is also welcome (please specify when booking).

Please note: A security deposit is required for your stay; it is due with the final payment and will, of course, be refunded upon proper return of the property.

A staircase leads you to the open-concept living and sleeping area on the upper level. Here you’ll find a comfortable double bed, a cosy couch, a flat-screen TV, and a large panoramic window with a stunning view of the countryside. 

Free Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and a travel cot and high chair (available upon request) round out the amenities. The garden with a terrace is perfect for relaxing—even your dog will feel right at home here! 

In a prime location, close to the beach and quiet, this apartment is ideal for couples, solo travellers, or small families who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. 
If you’re travelling by electric car, our wallbox is available for your use. For a flat fee, you can charge your vehicle as much as you like throughout your entire stay.

Upstairs: a bright living/sleeping area with a cosy double bed, a couch, and a fantastic view.
On the ground floor: a modern kitchen and bathroom with a shower.

Infants up to 3 years old stay free of charge. We’re happy to provide a cot and high chair upon request. Pets are also welcome—please indicate this when booking; if you’re bringing additional pets, please contact us in advance.
