As soon as you enter, you’re greeted by a bright, welcoming hallway, which offers a stylish welcome with a coat rack and mirror.
From here, the spacious living room opens up, with large windows that let the sun in and bathe the room in warm, inviting light.
The cosy sofa in earth tones and two rattan armchairs invite you to unwind—whether you’re reading, watching TV, or listening to the crackling fireplace on stormy days.

The adjacent dining area becomes the heart of your social life: for shared meals, game nights, or simply for enjoyable conversations with your loved ones.

The open kitchen is modernly equipped and offers everything your heart desires—from a leisurely breakfast to a home-cooked dinner. Here, you can let your creativity run wild and enjoy every moment.

A very special highlight is the sunroom, your private retreat. Here you can soak up the sun in a comfortable armchair, read a good book, or simply snuggle up in a blanket and let the peaceful atmosphere wash over you.

The two bedrooms offer tranquility and comfort:
The master bedroom, with a double bed (180x200 single mattresses) and a large closet, invites you to dream, while the second bedroom, with two single beds, is perfect for children or additional guests.
We provide a cot and a high chair free of charge for your stay

The bright bathroom, decorated in harmonious earth tones, features a bathtub and shower —ideal for starting the day refreshed or winding it down in relaxation.

A private parking space right outside the door provides additional convenience.
And if you’re looking for even more relaxation, you can use the sauna and infrared cabin in the basement or conveniently use the shared washing machine/dryer for a fee.

The holiday rental is centrally located in the heart of Carolinensiel on a quiet, tree-lined side street, so you can reach all the town’s amenities in just a few minutes.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary service and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linen packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of laundry packages booked): 1 shower mat (per bathroom), 2 tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.

We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as linen packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.,” and many other services:
